ChevalEssence currently ships throughout Canada.
Processing Time
Orders are carefully prepared and shipped within 1 to 3 business days following payment confirmation. We do our best to send your order as quickly as possible.
Delivery Time
Delivery times vary depending on your location. Please generally allow 2 to 7 business days for your package to arrive.
Shipping Fees
- Flat rate of $12.95 for Quebec and Ontario.
- Flat rates for other provinces, calculated according to current rates.
Free Shipping
- Free shipping is offered in Quebec and Ontario for any order of $150 or more (before taxes and discounts).
- A discount of $10 on shipping fees applies to other provinces for orders of $150 or more (before taxes and discounts).
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email including a tracking number.
